**Position: Executive-HR Administrator**

Reports to: CEO (regular interaction with HR Manager)

**Education Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree Preferred.

**Experience**:
2-5 Years as Executive Admin, HR, Legal assistant preferred.

Skills-Aptitude Requirements:
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Highly organized and ability to take concept to completion.

Fundamental understanding of construction law (will train).

**Primary Responsibilities: Executive**

Handle Executive communication and schedule to include:
Respond to BBB complaints.

Respond to RCLA Demand letters.

Manage legal folders and files along with monthly report.

Schedule Executive travel and special events travel (annual contest).

Office Management function to include special events.

Executive reimbursement tracking and submittal.

**Primary responsibilities: HR**

Handle Quarterly book reports and files.

Quarterly audit of payroll and insurance billing reconciliation.

Collect and track all Bonus agreements.

Check requests for HR Payments.

Excel Spreadsheet tracking of 8 HR categories.

Provide HR back up and support as needed.

Scanning and saving HR documents.

All other duties as assigned by the Executive.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Executive administrative support: 2 years (preferred)
- Human resources: 2 years (preferred)
- Legal administrative: 2 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Houston, TX 77057 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Houston, TX 77057: Relocate before starting work (required)
