We are looking for a dedicated Production Lead to monitor and improve the shift’s performance and efficiency.

**Production Lead Responsibilities**:

- Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead and motivate team members, providing clear directions.
- Train new production employees and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Operate production machinery and direct setup/adjustments.
- Inspect products for quality and make necessary adjustments.

**Pay**:$20.50/hour
**Shift**: 12 hours shift, Monday-Thursday (plus Overtime) 2nd shift - 5 PM - 5 AM

**Production Lead Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent GED.
- Previous manufacturing experience in a food manufacturing facility is preferred.
- Follows the proper handwashing, sanitization, cleanliness, dress, and grooming requirements, including wearing required and provided personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Adheres to SQF, FSMA, FSA, Sanitation, GMP’s, and HACCP requirements.
