**Responsibilities**:
- Provide direct patient care in pre-procedure room, procedure room, and recovery room
- Evaluates and completes assessment of patient needs to provide supportive care before, during, and after procedures and maintains accurate and complete medical records
- Communicates pertinent information to co-workers
- Administer medications in accordance with physicians' orders and in a safe and accurate manner
- Provides a safe environment for the patient to prevent potential injury
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
- Accepts direction from supervisor or physicians and adheres to established routines
- Maintains patient's rights to privacy by not discussing priviledged information outside the work area or within hearing range of visitors/family or client
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Adhere to all nursing standards and protocols and functions within the legal limits of nursing practice
- Maintains flexibility and performs other duties as required
**Requirements**:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experienced IV insertion is preferred
