**What you'll do**:
- Work collaboratively with marketing, product, and engineering to establish measurement best practices across performance media, CRM, and organic channels.
- Proactively identify areas of opportunity in our emerging markets through optimization of marketing strategies and experimentation.
- Learn from the best and build on a cutting edge tech stack that allows for rapid skill development.
- Present your findings to the team and leadership with high visibility across the organization.
**How we work**:
We balance creativity and innovation on a foundation of in-person collaboration. For most roles, our employees work three or more days in our offices, where they have the opportunity to collaborate in-person, adding richness to our culture and knitting us closer together.
**What you'll bring**:
- 2+ years of related experience in analytics or data science.
- Robust analytics skills and ability to work with and analyze large volumes of complex data.
- Strong SQL and either intermediate Python or R.
- Highly collaborative and a team player.
- Four-year college or university degree in computer science, computer engineering, statistics, mathematics, information management, or a related discipline.
