As our Data Scientist, you will be vital to our company and the trajectory of humanity. This role requires great autonomy and an entrepreneurial mindset, with out-of-the-box thinking and a deep understanding of the latest advancements in AI. You will be continuously testing and leading the forefront of AI innovation.

This role reports to the CTO and may evolve into the Head of Data Science, where you will report to the Chief Data Scientist, contingent on performance and company growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a vital part of forming the data science strategy and execution to develop a universal SLM and LLM.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our products.
  • Design and implement machine learning models to handle natural language processing (NLP) tasks across multiple languages.
  • Analyze and preprocess large datasets to extract meaningful insights and drive decision-making.
  • Develop and optimize algorithms to enhance the performance and accuracy of AI models.
  • Mentor and grow a team of data scientists and engineers.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI and data science.
  • Ensure the ethical use of AI and uphold data privacy standards.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in developing and deploying large-scale AI models, particularly in NLP.
  • Skilled in developing SLMs and LLMs commercially
  • 10 years of experience working with Vector DBs.
  • Wizard in Python for deep learning and machine learning language.
  • Extensive experience with NoSQL, Graph, and SQL RDBMS.
  • Experienced with proprietary indexing schemes.
  • Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and data science.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.
  • Expertise in working with AI frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
  • Experience in handling large datasets and using data processing tools (e.g., SQL, Hadoop, Spark).
  • Track record of building and scaling technology startups.
  • Worldly experience with the capability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders globally.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
