**Job description**

**Key Position Functions**
- Develop and strengthen existing relationships through “farming-style” sales methods.
- Work closely with the Business Development Executive to secure and contract new projects.
- Partner with Production teams to complete pre-constructions tasks and job set ups.
- Serve as a brand ambassador at multi-family association functions.
- Oversee the Project Lifecyle, ensuring clients receive the best possible experience.
- Self-driven and able to operate independently
- Effective in collaborating and communicating with all peers, partners, and clients
- Sociable and outgoing, with a clear grasp of social dynamics
- Flexible and able to “change gears” quickly
- Highly organized and able to prioritize workload
- Able to multitask and manage multiple projects/components
- Detail-oriented and precise
- Knowledge of the construction industry / disaster restoration
- Knowledge of the insurance industry and related systems
- Knowledge of sales practices and relationship development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills - in person and digital interactions
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
