Redbird, a leading company in Chicago, is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Cashier/Customer Service representative to join our team. As a Cashier/Customer Service representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a positive and seamless experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Restock shelves and maintain product displays
- Support the team with various tasks as needed, including inventory management and store upkeep
- Follow all safety and security policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
