The Woodstock Film Festival seeks an energetic, highly motivated individual to join our team for the 25th Annual Woodstock Film Festival from Tuesday October 15th through Sunday October 20th 2024.

**Duration**: September 23rd to October 23rd, starting periodically, on site and remote, with increased workload preceding and during the festival. Preliminary coordination is required from the end of Sept/early Oct and can be flexible.

**Location**: Partially remote, with more frequent in-office presence prior to the festival. On-site in Woodstock during the festival week.

**DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Working closely with Volunteer Coordinator to vet and recruit photographers prior to the festival
- Scheduling and assigning volunteer festival photographers to events and occasionally fill in for no-shows
- Clearly communicating with photographers to make sure they understand their tasks and shot lists, and ensuring they are where they need to be
- Ensuring proper camera equipment is at the venues
- Working with Photo Editor to ensure photographers deliver their photos properly at the end of each shift

**QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS**
- People-person, clear communicator, team leader, very well organized
- Proficient with Google Sheets
- Professional knowledge of photo equipment
- Photography experience a must

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Total compensation is $1,000.
