**Position Title**:Salesforce Service Designer

**Location**: Hybrid, Washington, D.C.

**Your future duties and responsibilities**:

- Translate customer requirements into feasible Salesforce solutions
- Collaborate with business analysts, technical staff and other key stakeholders to identify best solutions to address customer needs
- Utilize workflow models to define individual states and transaction tasks and design into Salesforce accordingly
- Document best practices and operational procedures while implementing continuous improvement within the environment

**Required qualifications to be successful in this role**:

- MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related scientific or technical discipline.
- Eight years of experience in information systems development, functional and data requirements analysis, systems analysis and design, programming, program design and documentation preparation. Of the eight years, a minimum of five years specialized experience is required in the following: demonstrated experience in managing the implementation of information engineering projects and experience in systems analysis, design and programming.
- Customer-centric with superb verbal and written communication skills
- Keen understanding of state and workflow models and how to configure in Salesforce
- Experience with Mulesoft and data pipelines
- Experience with designing the Salesforce data model to integrate with outside data systems
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance

**Nice to have’s**:

- Salesforce Public Sector Solutions Accredited Professional
- Experience in AWS cloud engineering (S3, API Gateway, queues, etc.)
- Experience with Grants Management
- Preferred certifications: Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Strategy Designer, Salesforce User Experience (UX) Designer
- Currently hold a Public Trust clearance with Department of Transportation or Department of Homeland Security

Pay: $162,000.00 - $195,000.00 per year
