Salesforce Service Cloud Administrator- REMOTE

This is a service cloud admin role, NOT a developer. You MUST be fully authorized to work without sponsorship (NO C2C). It is a year long contract with potential to go perm. You MUST have salesforce certifications.

The Service Cloud Engineer will work as a liaison between the Sales/Service and Technology departments defining and executing solutions based on business needs. This role will collaborate closely with other Salesforce Admins and Leads for Sales and Marketing Clouds to ensure that execution is targeted toward business strategic goals. (Technology and Business). The Service Cloud Engineer will both be designing and developing system enhancements, roadmap execution, and day-to-day operations of their service technology stack.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work closely with technology, sales and guest service to ensure optimal performance and usage of Salesforce systems and products.
  • Partner for definition and execution of Salesforce Service Cloud projects
  • Implement and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud and 3rd party application integrations
  • Amazon Voice Call Center setup and operational ,management and ownership including Lamda
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain custom objects, custom fields, and automation's.
  • Design, build, test, debug, and provide training/documentation for projects/programs associated with Salesforce Service Cloud, whether that is for bug-fixes or introducing new functionality & processes
