- ** What You’ll Do**:

- ** Financial Planning and Analysis**:

- Collaborate with management to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify key drivers of financial performance and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
- ** Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements in financial reporting.
- Present financial findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
- ** Cost Analysis and Optimization**:

- Evaluate the cost-effectiveness of various programs and services offered by the organization.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency improvements.
- Work closely with department heads to monitor and control expenses while maintaining quality of care.
- ** Revenue Analysis and Forecasting**:

- Analyze revenue streams and trends to assess financial performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop revenue forecasts and assess the impact of potential changes in reimbursement rates or payer mix.
- Support revenue recognition processes in accordance with accounting standards and organizational policies.
- ** Financial Systems and Process Improvement**:

- Continuously assess and improve financial systems, processes, and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Recommend and implement changes to streamline workflows and improve data integrity.
- Provide training and support to staff on financial tools and processes as needed.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in healthcare or related industry.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and statistical techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful insights.
- Solid understanding of healthcare finance, including reimbursement mechanisms and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and NetSuite similar ERP system.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

**Working Conditions**:Work is performed in an office or other environmentally controlled room. Work may expose incumbent to contagious or infectious diseases, dangerous and volatile situations, or possible bodily injury.
