Financial Planning and Analysis:

Collaborate with management to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Conduct variance analysis to identify key drivers of financial performance and provide insights to stakeholders. Assist in the development of financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.

Financial Reporting:

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements in financial reporting. Present financial findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.

Cost Analysis and Optimization:

Evaluate the cost-effectiveness of various programs and services offered by the organization. Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency improvements. Work closely with department heads to monitor and control expenses while maintaining quality of care.

Revenue Analysis and Forecasting:

Analyze revenue streams and trends to assess financial performance and identify growth opportunities. Develop revenue forecasts and assess the impact of potential changes in reimbursement rates or payer mix. Support revenue recognition processes in accordance with accounting standards and organizational policies.

Financial Systems and Process Improvement:

Continuously assess and improve financial systems, processes, and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Recommend and implement changes to streamline workflows and improve data integrity. Provide training and support to staff on financial tools and processes as needed.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field. 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in healthcare or related industry. Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and statistical techniques. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful insights. Solid understanding of healthcare finance, including reimbursement mechanisms and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and NetSuite similar ERP system. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Working Conditions:

Work is performed in an office or other environmentally controlled room. Work may expose incumbent to contagious or infectious diseases, dangerous and volatile situations, or possible bodily injury.
