Job Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk supervisor to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring smooth front disk operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee front office receptions and schedulers
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle patients inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Assure that patients appointments are handled aquretly and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed

**Skills**:

- Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service principles
- Experience in Medical office operations.
- Strong relations skills with the ability to handle diverse situations
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for interacting with a diverse clientele

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
