We are looking for a **Director of Finance** to join our team in Pomona, CA.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and drive continuous improvement of financial processes, systems, and tools.
- Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities.
- Drive improvement in working capital, including process, procedures and client-facing activities.
- Understanding of the overall business model and drive improvement and optimization across cross-functional groups.
- Provide strategic financial leadership and drive financial results and business performance.
- Provide decision support through financial modeling, scenario analysis, alternatives, capital investments, and cost savings.
- Ability to recognize and respond to needs of all clients across organization, both internal and external.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, external partners, and customers.
- Ensure that all financial records and reports comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement revenue growth and cost optimization opportunities.
- Manage financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure that the division's financial performance is accurately reported and communicated to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 8+ years of financial analysis and managerial experience.
- Experience in aligning process and procedures that drive insight and accountability across the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to provide strategic financial leadership and drive business performance.
- Ability to execute in a matrix organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and capital investments.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance.
- Experience with JD Edwards or other financial systems and tools.

$140,000 - $230,000/annually, DOE
