**Responsibilities**:

- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Maintaining name relationships with members and serving as a resource for their questions or concerns, and putting them in touch with the right 24 Hour Fitness resources as appropriate.
- Being present on the club floor and locker rooms, helping keep a clean and safe environment.
- Ensuring members receive a friendly greeting/check-in and prompt attention to their needs.
- Helping new members become comfortable in the club.
- Establishing relationship with 24 Hour Fitness through straightforward, open dialogue; and inspiring them to achieve their goals.
- Creating an understanding of how personal training can play a vital role in their fitness achievement; helping remove barriers such as misconceptions or financial concerns; and explaining trainer qualifications and backgrounds to find the best fit with the member.
- Offering to sign newly enrolled members for personal training.
- Delivering a genuine, authentic and engaging guest experience tailored to their unique needs and interests while providing best-in-class customer service. You will execute the CARE sales model with each guest and share how 24 Hour Fitness' products/services can meet their fitness needs. You'll get to tour potential members through the club and showcase the facility, equipment, services and amenities that directly tie back to their individual fitness needs and goals.
- Contacting potential members by phone to invite them into our club so we can help them get started on their fitness journey.
- Generating leads/new business internally through member promotions, referrals, the distribution of guest passes, and contacting leads via telephone inquiry.
- You'll also be responsible for effectively setting appointments for leads.
- Document all interactions with all leads in the “notes” section of CRM.
- Collaborate with the team to formulate ideas on how to best serve our members and guests.
- Be mindful of any emerging patterns of negative feedback from members and report to the Sales & Service Manager.
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth transitions from program to program and beyond.
- Solve member inquiries related to app issues, membership questions, facility questions.

**Results**:

- All leads are properly moved in CRM and information is documented on lead's details so our sales team has proper expectations by the end of the day.
- There is an effective line of communication among the team in which all necessary information is communicated promptly.
- SSA remains well-versed in the latest product and service offerings through continued education/training.
- All internal communication cycles are properly followed.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communicator over the phone / in person
- Experience with business to consumer (B2C)
- Must be great at providing excellent customer service
- Open to learning new processes in sales
- Are routine driven
- Open to growing
- Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time
- 1+ years of retail or fitness sales experience.
- Minimum travel may be required for training purpose and lead generation.

**Compensation Summary**
- $16 per hour
- 10% commission on personal training sales
- Quarterly bonuses based on your position, hire and/or service date and your average hours worked
- Actual offer may vary from posted hiring range based on location, work experience, and/or education

**Physical Demands/ Environmental Conditions**
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for up to 8 hours and must talk and hear. The employee occasionally sits, walks, kneels, and reaches with hands and arms.
- Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
