Office Clerk/receptionist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team. The Office Clerk will perform a variety of clerical tasks to help maintain the smooth operation of our office. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

**Duties**:

- Manage office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organising documents
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Provide general administrative support to staff
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service

**Skills**:

- Excellent phone etiquette and experience with phone systems
- Strong administrative skills to support office functions
- Customer support experience to address inquiries effectively
- Ability to manage office tasks efficiently
- Prior experience in office management is a plus

Pay: From $44,864.00 per year
