**In this role, the Brand Ambassador will cultivate an environment to establish brand awareness, provide relevant message points, and align the applicable benefit proposition for product use relating to the clientele they interact with. The Brand Ambassador will support all operational aspects of the scheduled activity. This may include promotional sales offers, product use, and product line education.**:
**Brand Ambassador Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Effectively and professionally communicate with teammates, consumers, and staff.
- Maintain a positive and motivated attitude in all situations.
- Adhere to and understand all rules, regulations, and procedures.
- Remain open to feedback, guidance, and direction as it pertains to job performance and personal growth.
- Present a clean and professional appearance at all times.
- Be extremely punctual and effectively manage time
- Direct behavior to emphasize the achievement of program and individual goals as well as core values.
- Consistently motivated to meet or exceed desired team and individual results and goals
- Meet or exceed expectations and objectives of the program.
- Provide timely communication to management.

**Competencies, Duties, & Responsibilities**:

- Adhere to all compliance guidelines during activities
- Complete all administrative and outlined tasks in a timely manner
- Effectively utilize technology assets post training

**Program Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities**:

- Clearly communicate the brand talking points
- Proactively approaching consumers and initiating conversations
- Accurately account for and maintain all inventory and assets issued

**Educational & Experience Requirements**:

- High school diploma or GED preferred
- One year work experience in related field
- Strong Communication, interpersonal, and organization skills are essential, as well as the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Valid Drivers License is required
