**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and review standard legal notices and pleadings.
- Review and monitor court dockets.
- Communicate with clients and courts as needed for obtaining information.
- Ensure client systems are updated as the case progresses.
- Process physical and electronic mail.
- Utilize our case management system to ensure legal cases are progressing in a timely manner.
- Support team in meeting firm expectations and goals.
- Request attorney fees from clients.
- Assist in the training of new team members.
- Actively work to become familiar with the entire legal process for all work performed by the team and all our jurisdictions in Pennsylvania.
- Embody and demonstrate our company’s values in our everyday work: respect, creativity, engagement, collaboration, and advancement while working in an inclusive environment.
- Law firm experience, 3-5 years is preferred.
- Hybrid position - you must be located near one of our offices. We have offices in Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Louisville, Indianapolis, Chicago, Philadelphia, and Orlando.
- Professionals who have earned an associate’s/bachelor’s degree are preferred but is not required.

**Schedule & Benefits**:
Our team works Monday through Friday, general business hours. After a successful orientation period, we offer a hybrid schedule, which allows our employees the flexibility to work from home and in the office.
