**Salary**: $23.00 -$26.00 per hour, DOE

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Operate various warehouse equipment, including standup reach forklift, sit-down forklift, pallet jack, electric pallet jack, and RF scan gun.
- Process and prepare inventory for delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Move inventory and materials across the facility safely and efficiently.
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations.
- Package items securely and label them correctly for shipment.
- Assist with assembly tasks as needed, following assembly instructions, and ensuring quality standards.
- Perform inventory control duties, including reporting and tracking damaged or missing inventory.
- Build and organize LTL orders, stacking and arranging bulk items as required.
- Conduct cycle counting and update inventory logs and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders and achieve department goals.
- Always adhere to health and safety guidelines and company policies.
- Other duties, as necessary.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- High school degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience in a warehouse distribution environment.
- Certification to operate warehouse equipment (standup reach, sit-down, pallet jack, RF scanner, electric pallet jack).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds or more and performing warehouse duties throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- LTL Shipping knowledge.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- 8:00am to 4:30pm
- Weekend availability as necessary.
