**CRISP & GREEN **is seeking a talented Assistant General Manager to add to our team

As an **Assistant General Manager**, you will be in charge of the day to day operations creating an exceptional guest experience, and be a mentor to your #CRISPCrew. AGMs need to be masters of the FOH and BOH while understanding how to impact and enhance our people culture. At CRISP & GREEN we are committed to growing our leaders from within and the **Assistant General Manager role was created for those individuals that we believe have the potential to run their own CRISP & GREEN someday.**

Assistant General Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

- In charge of day to day operations and management of restaurant
- Create and maintain a culture where teammates have the opportunity to learn and grow
- Recruit, interview, and hire the right talent for Crisp & Green, with a focus on finding and developing future leaders
- Recognize and reward excellent performance
- Quickly improve or remove low performers through coaching and documentation
- Motivate, inspire, and challenge team to consistently achieve and surpass company goals and standards
- Create an excellent guest experience through extreme attention to detail
- Connect and build relationships through the ability to resolve conflict in a prompt and professional manner
- Effectively communicate with restaurant team regarding changes to menu, policies, team member benefits, and more
- Control labor costs by writing and executing an effective schedule, managing inventory and food waste
- Understand how to build on restaurant sales through execution of company marketing tactics and promotional programs
- Live and represent the Crisp & Green brand day in and out
- Job Requirements:

- Minimum 1-2 years previous management/supervisory experience
- 3 years customer service experience
- Passion for living a healthy life
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Able to stand for long periods of time and work in fast-pace environment
- Full-time availability with a flexible schedule to work nights and weekends
- Able to work at least 50 hours per week
- Preferred Management experience in the restaurant industry
- Reliable transportation
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail

- This job opportunity is for a position in a store owned and operated by an independent franchisee. Independently owned and operated, CRISP & GREEN’s franchise organizations determine their own compensation, benefits, hiring decisions and career programs which may vary from company-owned locations

Pay: $50,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
