LiquidSpring LLC develops and produces next generation vehicle suspension systems for emergency vehicle, bus, and motorhome markets. Our patented next generation suspension systems replace traditional vehicle springs and shock absorbers by utilizing a compressible fluid as the spring medium along with electronic controls that provide superior, combined ride and handling performance as well as automatic vehicle leveling.
The Company is seeking highly motivated individuals with strong, stand-out attributes to join our team and contribute to the growth of our products in vehicle markets. The Customer Service Representative will report to the Customer Service Manager and be located in our Lafayette, IN facility. Send resume with salary requirement for further details.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist customers to diagnose field product issues, determine required replacement component(s), and locate service facilities as needed. Travel may be required to some customer locations.
- Maintain records of field product issues.
- Generate service part(s) orders for customer PO’s and/or warranty replacement components.
- Interact with other Company personnel, such as Product Engineering, to sufficiently assess field product issues.
- Support continuous improvement activities for customer service processes, forms, and return goods process.
- Maintain and drive extraordinary customer service and satisfaction.

**Job Requirements**
- Ability to read and understand installation instructions, operator’s manuals, Engineering drawings, and hydraulic and electrical schematics.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle hydraulic and electrical systems.

**Required Qualifications**
- Must be able to multi-task, be a self-starter, and be-self-motivated to get customer field issues resolved in a timely manner.
- Must be able to read, analyze, and understand technical specifications.
- Must have strong communication (active and critical thinking), analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Must have a valid driver license and good driving record.
- Must have High School degree.
- Must be proficient on MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook).

**Preferred Qualifications**
- 3-5 years’ experience working in automotive/truck maintenance field.
- General understanding of vehicle suspension systems and components.
- Trade and/or vocational school training in Automotive Service and/or Heavy-Duty vehicle technician certification to work in automotive/truck maintenance.
- Strong mechanical aptitude demonstrated through work experience or hobbies.

- High school or equivalent (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (required)

Ability to Relocate:
