- Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
- Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to improve warehouse operations and maximize productivity.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing department to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of activities and efficient workflow.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing OSHA regulations and conducting regular safety inspections.
- Utilize AS400 or similar warehouse management system to track inventory, generate reports, and analyze data.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in warehouse management.

- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including shipping/receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs as needed.
- Proficiency in using AS400 or similar warehouse management system.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations.
- Experience in e-commerce fulfillment and DG certificate is a plus.
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
