The District Manager is responsible for the management of the company operations. Will lead each individual store management team to ensure execution of organizational objectives and initiatives and achievement of store sales and profit goals. The District Manager is responsible for customer and employee satisfaction, company standards, and profitability. The District Manager will select, inspire, develop and effectively lead a high performing team.

I. Business Management:

- Work with owner in the development of growth strategies focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Regular communication with owner regarding employee relation issues, scheduling, and general store updates
- Supervises the day-to-day task assignment for and performance of stores, including management & optimization of scheduling
- Responsible for driving sales and profitability - Provide leadership to team to attain company targets for sales, margin, expenses, employee turnover and overall profitability of each store
- Weekly, monthly and quarterly meeting with shareholder on business review
- Prepare and appropriately document sales analysis for all weekly sales activities, key trends, market and competitor information
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track company KPI’s, new programs, services and ROI
- Maintain inventory and cash controls by consistently enforcing company control policies and hold store employees accountable for results (verified by audits).
- Work with team to assure company inventory targets are met; by proper receiving, documenting and management of product & paperwork to manage mínimal shortage
- Prioritize actions and organize daily and weekly agendas to perform efficiently in a high-pressure environment and demonstrate excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Planning and leading store openings (permanent, temporary and/or kiosks locations)
- Resolving customer concerns using excellent customer service skills
- During store visits ensure the maintenance of environment is clean and safe; as well as team, the product, and the customers are safe.
- Regular and dependable attendance is an essential job duty

II. Personnel Management:

- Duties include hiring & develop leaders within the organization so that they inspire the rest of the staff into doing and behaving in a great way, that will make business operations function with a high level of excellence.
- Leads several teams of employees at different locations and making sure managers have the tools, resources, and support they need so they can hire, train, and keep the people they need
- By effective store visits responsible to manage and work with Store Managers to ensure operations run smoothly and consistency, evaluating and optimizing operational performance, ensuring regulatory and company standards are upheld, and preparing operations and financial budgets are met
- Develop team into valuable salespeople and achievement of KPI targets, (coach employees proper up selling tactics to grow sales)
- Assist in recruiting efforts to building bench; eventually overseeing all employee relations and managing employee related issues
- Manage team and create game plans for development of diverse management team
- Time management of self and assist team, while strengthening written & verbal communication and planning skills

III. Marketing/Merchandising/Product
- Analyze business trends to identify new markets and customer needs
- Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
- Assist in projects as needed for business needs
- Build customer engagement and loyalty through customer service and programs
- Assist with driving social media
- Ensure promotion, merchandising, visuals, pricing standards are being met & track results
- Provide assurance that store managers are managing inventory correctly (ordering), rotating stock, keeping shelves full and fresh
