As the HR and Safety Compliance Officer your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Employee Orientation and paperwork management
- Payroll and PTO Management & Prevailing wage
- Employee exit interviews, unemployment, former employee paperwork management
- Responsible for legal compliance with state and government
- Compensation and benefits audits / analysis
- Benefits (401K, PTO, Healthcare) management
- Background checks, and employment eligibility
- Job Costing compliance
- Career development and employee retainment strategies
- Conflict mediation / facilitation
- Attending and facilitating employee disciplinary meetings.
- Injuries, disability paperwork filing
- Safety compliance and employee management of safety measures.
- Safety spot checks on site and in field.
- OSHA Certified, compliance, log, and OSHA management
- Maintain Pro Sign safety committee.
- Maintain Energy Control Plan (Lock out/Tag out)
- Conduct employee safety trainings across all departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
