Basic understanding of contract, lien rights, subcontractors 's COI

Must have effective verbal and written communications skills

Able to prioritize workload and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Strong initiative, able to work independently with limited direction, always offering to help before being asked, and eager to take on new challenges

Must be well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people and programs.
