**You'll sweep us off our feet if:
- You can lead and drive results across partners in business, marketing, and technology

- You can influence and drive results with cross-functional partners
- You partner well with product and engineering in the " Four in the box" model
- You have experience with P erformance M arketing
- You have experience in the Marketplace Channel
- You're organized, disciplined, and can manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- You're stimulated by challenges and are ready to engage at Fortune 1 scale

**You'll make an impact by:
- **Being the intersection of B usiness, M arketing, and T ech - **Partner across M arketplace and M arketing by creating business plans, building new technology, identifying relevant data, and processes
- **
Optimize Marketplace Across Marketing Channels - **Use experimentation to i dentify new tech, algorithms, or other approaches to drive exposure of marketplace across display and paid social
- **
Build Seller Tools to Expand Marketing Potential - **Partner with product and engineering to build new tools to help sellers identify opportunities and or directly invest social media and display ads
- **
Making Data Driven **Decisions**:

- Allow data to guide you by p artner ing with analytics to build measurement plans, identify insights, and set KPIs to determine success

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10649:The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00-$156,000.00

Sunnyvale, California US-08479:The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00-$169,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
