- **Duties**:_
- _ Provide exceptional customer support and service to all visitors
- Manage the daily operations of the front office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes
- Oversee the scheduling of appointments and coordinate with others schedules
- Transcribe and proofread records and other important documents
- Handle order entry for office supplies and maintain inventory
- Assist with event planning and coordination for office events or community outreach programs
- File and organize records, ensuring confidentiality
- Collaborate with other office staff to ensure a positive and professional work environment
- **Requirements**:_
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Join our team as a Front Office Coordinator in our busy office. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front office, providing exceptional customer support, and contributing to the overall success of our practice.

This is a full-time position with regular office hours.
