Currently, we are hiring Construction Project Administrator in our Santa Maria office.

**Job Summary**:
Construction Project Administrator will be expected to support PMs and Construction Manager run construction jobs concurrently. Applicant will be expected to communicate with owners, architects, designers, and project officials clearly and professionally regarding all aspects of a job including changes, scheduling, and permits. This position is project based, expected to last the duration of the project **(approximately 1-2 years)**.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Here are a few of the critical tasks you will be expected to undertake for this position:

- Direct reporting to Construction Manager.
- Assist Project Managers, especially with document control.
- Support subcontractor management and scheduling.
- Constantly track and adjust schedule with Project Managers.
- Support Project managers deliver construction projects on time and on budget.
- Assists Project Managers with managing Submittals, Change Orders, Change Order Requests, RFI’s and all other required documents.
- Assists Project Managers, Superintendents and General Foreman to Schedule material deliveries, as needed.
- Attend scheduled project meetings and take notes as required.
- Attend weekly Bragg project review meetings.
- Report Weekly Project Hour/Time documentation.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:
The following is a list of required or recommended skills:

- High school or equivalent (required)
- Administrative/Clerical Experience: 2 years (preferred)
- Construction Experience: 2 years (preferred)
- Project Coordinator: 1 years (preferred)

**Hourly rate: $22 - $35. **_(The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum salary for this position, and individual hourly rate will be based on your skills, qualifications, and experience.)_**
