**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in floral design is a **must** (proven experience as a Floral Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative designs).
- Good attitude (team work), friendly, self-motivated and driven.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and team members.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge on how to use a floral knife and other instruments as well as knowledge of flowers, foliage, and floral design principles.
- Must follow instructions and copy recipes with pictures.
- Organized and maintenance of a clean and tidy work station area.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Formal education or certification in floral design is preferred but **not required.**
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
Duties include but are not limited to designing and creating innovative and beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, events, and daily orders. Additionally, they will collaborate closely with the Event Coordinator to assist with wedding consultations and proposal creation. Exceptional communication skills, both in-person and over the phone, are essential for providing excellent customer service and assisting clients with their floral orders as well as building strong relationships with flower providers, farms, and wholesalers to ensure a steady supply of high-quality flowers.
