If this sounds like you, we are currently seeking a Clinical Research Advertising and Recruitment Specialist to add to our team

**Your Main Responsibilities and Duties Include**:

- Utilizing Photoshop, Wix, Canva and iStock to create unique advertisements and ad copy.
- Assisting with the preparation of proposals and presentations for products or business.
- Collaborating with our Head of HR & Operations to organize employee events to ensure logistics are planned seamlessly.
- Organizing and planning Business Development events, Trade Shows, and Conferences to ensure all technology needs, event registrations, travel arrangements, room configurations, catering, external vendors, etc. are prepared and ready for day-of activities.
- Managing and maintaining the company's social media pages, including LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Staying up-to-date on new technologies and trends within the industry to ensure that campaigns are effective.
- Providing other administrative support as needed.

**To Succeed in this Position**:

- Ideally, you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or scientific-related field.
- You should have a minimum of one to two (1-2) years of relevant advertising and marketing experience or one to two (1- 2) years of experience in clinical research.
- You should have an excellent knowledge of the fundamentals of writing, grammar, syntax, style and punctuation.
- You should have a strong ability in using business software systems in the completion of work assignments; i.e. Word and Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, SurveyMonkey.
- You have a strong background knowledge or experience in running and maintaining social media ad campaigns such has Google ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- You are creative and have excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
- You are flexible and versatile in coping with evolving work situations & deadlines with the ability to focus on technical details.
- You have the ability to pick up new things quickly.
- You have the ability to assume responsibility and effectively resolve problems by exercising independent judgement.

**Please note that this is a hybrid position that is currently required to be onsite three days a week.

The most likely starting base pay range for this position is $70,000 - $75,000 per year. Several factors, such as experience, tenure, skills, geographic location and business needs will determine an individual’s exact level of compensation. Consideration will be given to experience that exceeds the listed requirements.
