**Role Description**

We are looking for a dispatcher to join our growing team If you're looking to join a team that is growing and thriving, please apply Dispatchers are key roles in our organization that connect us with our drivers, customers, and management.

**Essential Functions**
- Communicate schedules, route changes, and customer information to drivers in the field
- Handle all customer call-ins and updates customer on ETA’s
- Communicate with customers on missed services and try to come up with solutions.
- Communicate with management team on issues.
- Work with customer service department on scheduling deliveries or services.
- Review driver Paperwork at end of day to ensure that notes have been documented
- Conduct route check in to ensure that all information on manifest is accurate and complete so that it can be posted properly.
- Route deliveries, pickup and services for next day.
- Other task assigned as needed.
- Must be familiar with truck non-CDL and CDL
- GEO Code routes and use software to optimize routing.
- Directly be able to manage up to 15 routes through the course of a day.
- Area knowledge from Tampa to Naples.
- Bilingual preferred.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
