Are you ready to make a tangible difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals in New York City?

We are looking for a hands-on Program Director with strong understanding of NYC’s supportive housing, affordable housing and homelessness service landscape and subsidy programs as well as their eligibility requirements. Experience with public benefits is also a plus.

This position will work both independently and as a collaborative partner within the CBO partners, hospital system, Housing for Health team, government agencies, supportive housing providers, landlords and other community-based organizations

Responsibilities Include:

- Supporting the supportive housing partners to expedite permanent housing placements through project management of housing rent ups, troubleshooting patient barriers.
- Oversee patient referrals and assignment to ensure that patients are referred to appropriate housing options and that their housing progression leads to permanent housing placement.
- Leverage data to expedite the matching of patients to units and identify housing gaps in the program
- Develop and maintain templates and tools to track project progress, drive decision making, and facilitate communication with partners
- Lead special projects such as master leasing to expand housing options for patients

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in supportive and/or affordable housing program management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards a common goal.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in data management and reporting, with a focus on using data to drive deliverables.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
