**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
- Welcome guests and prospective members
- Provide tours for prospective members
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby and front desk area
- Accurately record client information and accept payments
- Schedule classes and appointments
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence Ensure gym rules and systems are followed
**Qualifications**:
- Friendly and professional disposition
- A passion for health and fitness
- Two or more years of customer service, receptionist or front desk experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong work ethic
- Familiar with computers, spreadsheets, and scheduling software
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
