We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Race Director, you will play a pivotal role in producing Bigfoot owned events and third-party events across Texas. This position requires a passion for delivering exceptional experiences to participants while upholding the highest standard of customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize Garmin technology to measure and set up course for events.
- Coordinate and train volunteers to execute basic race tasks efficiently.
- Lead pre
- race day and race day packet pickup operations.
- Identify age group winners and distribute awards accurately.
- Play family-friendly music using company-provided sound equipment.

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for fitness, outdoor activities, and event management.
- Previous experience in event planning or race directing is preferrd but not reqiured.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
