Broker shops always lose in this space. There is no real retention and transparency is sparse. With all the time and effort, you put into originating a deal don't lose it to a third party because you lost control of the funding. Our in house customers have an 80% retention rate when the industry is operating at 45%. This allows you to stress less about retaining your current customers and focus on attaining new ones while building a book of residual income.

**Duties**:
Using proprietary and third-party software you would be trained and then start calling our incoming leads and qualifying them into the program that best fits their needs. While advocating Trust Capital's programs with an enthusiastic attitude paired with good team leadership will no doubt make you a success.

Trust Capital Provides, Working Capital Lines of Credit & Loans, Commercial Real Estate Mortgages and Merchant Cash Advances

Pay: $45,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
