**Reports to**: Regional Account Manager

**Customary Days**: Monday - Friday

**Customary Hours**: 30 hours per week; varies to include evenings, holidays, and extended hours as business requires

**Position Summary**

**Essential Functions**:

- Support Catering Managers by promptly handling catering inquiries.
- Manage incoming phone orders and assist Catering Managers with order processing in CaterXpert.
- Prepare Event Supervisor Packs for full-service events.
- Coordinate menu signage based on dietary notes provided by the culinary team for both full-service and delivery orders.
- Assist Catering Managers with billing process as required.
- Maintain an exemplary level of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive issues.
- Develop a holistic understanding of the Blue Plate Vision.
- Perform other relevant tasks as required.

**Requirements**:
**Education and Experience**: _The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required._
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality or related industry.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
- Basic knowledge of off-site catering and event operations.
- General interest in food, menu design, and creative event development.

- Local travel is required.

**Language Skills**

Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently. Bilingual skills preferred.
