**Family Home Health Network**, an Affiliate of the **Alden Network**, is a provider of intermittent home health care, palliative care, hospice care and skilled/custodial private care services throughout the Chicagoland area.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Listed throughout this job description are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required:

- Previous sales experience preferred, including building customer relationships, and resolving customer concerns.
- Passion for working with seniors.
- Demonstration of success in managing operating expenses.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal skills for effective communication and the ability to facilitate group presentations.
- Proficient in organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrates good judgment and problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Capable of knowing and understanding the dynamics of the competitive marketplace.
- Ability to understand and administer financial reporting.
