Inside Sales Representative

**Position Summary**

Responsible for providing direct support to the Vice President of Sales.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

- Assist in writing proposals successfully communicating US-1’s capabilities, experience and service.
- Help respond to customer inquiries on a daily basis.
- Provide daily activity report to Vice President.
- Assist the Vice President in managing his schedule including meetings and travel.
- Customer contact to confirm open order at the beginning of every business day.
- Assist in preparing Proforma Invoices and Purchase Orders.
- Help verify costing information to ensure accuracy of the Sales Team based on the costing sheet information provided.
- Other duties as assigned or directed.

**Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)**
- Minimum of 4 years administrative sales experience.
- Must be extremely organized, detail oriented, and able to multi-task.
- Must have a basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, Microsoft Office, and WordPerfect.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
