**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Register guests, issue room keys, and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Assist guests with check-out process and ensure accurate billing
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

You Must have great customer service skills and excellent computer skills. Each position has a two-week training period that consists of in-house and online training. _**The pay rate during Training is $9.00 per hour**_. The hourly rate after training will be determined by your customer service skills and your performance during training. _You maybe asked to start training immediately after interview process at location if selected for the position.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
