We are hiring an Assistant for a skin care company in Los Angeles. You will provide administrative and payroll support for an established and fast-growing company in the spa industry.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide administrative tasks such as calendar management, scheduling meetings and sending out reminders
- Preparing and editing documents
- Conduct research and prepare reports as requested
- Assist with payroll activities which may include ensuring that timesheets are inputted accurately in the payroll system and resolving payroll discrepancies

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant
- Understanding company brand and products
- Requires ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (ie Word, Excel)
- Experience in Marketing preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills
- Able to manage sensitive information and conversations with complete confidentiality
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Must be a self-starter and motivated to support the growth of the business

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
