delivering our clients' belongings with excellent service. As we expand our footprint, we're searching for a driven **Dispatch Manager** to lead our dispatch operations in **Round Rock, TX.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**- Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor the dispatch team,
fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

**- Optimized Operations**: Strategize and implement efficient
routing to enhance productivity and minimize costs.

**- Personnel Management**: Schedule and assign tasks to drivers
and dispatch personnel for streamlined operations.

**- Customer Focus**: Act as a liaison for clients,
ensuring top-notch service and addressing their needs promptly.

**- Continuous Improvement**: Refine dispatch protocols and
systems to boost overall efficiency and effectiveness.

**- Compliance & Safety**: Uphold adherence to regulatory
standards and company policies, prioritizing safety.

**- Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels and anticipate demand for materials; verify invoice and resolve discrepancies with suppliers or
clients.

**- Invoice Management/Accounts Receivable**: Generate and distribute open invoices for jobs completed;
follow-up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collection. Collaborate with finance team to reconcile accounts
receivable ledger.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 1 year Dispatch experience for a Moving company
- Proven track record in dispatch management or a related field.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a knack for motivating and guiding teams.
- Proficiency in dispatch software and strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Thorough understanding of

transportation regulations and logistics operations.

**Company Pay Structure & Schedule**:

- $50,000
- This position is a salaried role requiring flexibility in

scheduling to meet the demands of the job.

**Job Type**:

- Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
