**Responsibilities**
- Processes sales orders, quotes, and fulfillment orders per established workflow accurately & timely in a proficient manner.
- Purchases goods from third party suppliers to fulfill orders.
- Works through tasks assigned efficiently and accurately.
- Assists to resolve any bottlenecks in process.
- Supports the company in communication with the sales team to ensure proactive customer communications and accurate order fulfillment.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Precise and Accurate data entry skills

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
