**JOB TITLE**:Graphic Designer
**GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Collaborate with Designers to develop event related graphics
Communicate effectively with staff in all departments
Manage time proactively for time-sensitive projects and meet all deadlines
Produce drafts of graphics for review and approval
Synthesize input from stakeholders to create a final draft
**MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Other duties as assigned
**REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB**:
- Format Printing
- Adobe Photoshop expert
- Scale and Spacial experience
- Sketchup expert
- In Design
- Adobe Illustrator
- Detail Oriented
- Work experience in the graphic design field
- Industry related training and/or education
- Ability to follow multi-step directions
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work with all levels of staff
- Well-developed organizational skills
**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**:
Must be able to work on a computer
Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands
Must be able to work in a seated position
Must be able to move, pull, carry or lift at least 20 pounds
Occasionally kneel, bend and crouch
**KEY COMPETENCIES**:
Ability to communicate effectively with internal team members and the public.
**PAY RANGE**:
$24-$30 Depending on speed and level of skill
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
