As a key **curriculum lead**, you will create and maintain all curriculum pieces related to trade and consumer, using innovative teaching methods for in-person workshops and creative authoring tools for online courses.

This highly visible role will demonstrate an advanced understanding of skin and product knowledge, expert skin therapy skills, and brand enthusiasm, positively contributing to Dermalogica’ s success.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
To be successful in your role, you should be able to perform each essential responsibility to a satisfactory level. Each of these points below is characteristic of the role but is not limited to what may be required during your employment.

Create curriculum and associated resources utilizing the latest training techniques for maximum impact.

Develop, create, and maintain an advanced curriculum designed to upskill medical-based Professional Skin Therapists and Service providers.

Develop and contribute written and visual content including PowerPoint slide decks, training manuals, blogs, articles, video scripts, and science animation scripts to support product innovation launches.

Partnership with the Innovation and Technology Manager to generate and design 3-D science animations by providing the script, storyboard, and key visuals.

Develop a training framework for each product innovation launch that includes live-stream presentations for global teams and market leads.

Create, direct, and participate in internal and external training videos and visual resources for services and products.

Support the Global Education Team with class revisions, new class structures, meetings, seminars, and training as often as required.

Proactively develops skills to maintain a high standard of educational delivery, regardless of audience or environment.

**QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS**:

**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**:

- Current CA Estheticians license **_required_**:

- Five (5) plus years of hands-on experience in esthetic services including medspa service **_required_**:

- Previous experience with Dermalogica products and protocols**_ preferred_**

**OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES**:

- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint **_required_**:

- Experience with Articulate 360 curriculum authoring tool **_a plus_**

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:

- Ability to travel at least 10% (includes occasional overnight/weekend travel) **required**:
