Job Summary:
Join our team as an Office Manager where you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our office. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient office operations. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and opportunities for professional development.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Supervise office staff and provide guidance and support
- Implement and maintain office procedures and policies
- Handle scheduling, appointments, and meetings
- Oversee human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Manage payroll processes and ensure accuracy
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
- Assist in budgeting and financial record-keeping
- Coordinate with various departments to support overall business objectives
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or related roles
- Strong phone etiquette skills and customer service orientation
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
- Proficiency in schedule management and coordination
- Experience in medical office management is a plus
- Ability to handle payroll responsibilities accurately
- Demonstrated supervisory skills with a focus on team management
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial reporting
