A3 Technology, Inc. is seeking a Technical IT Project Manager to join our Data Warehouse group in Washington, DC. The Technical IT Project Manager will provide data warehouse infrastructure support.

**This position is 100% onsite.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical leadership, strategic and tactical planning and oversight in the management and administration of the project.
- Ensure technical performance of all Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) area products and services within cost and schedule for the project.
- Manage and supervise the work efforts of subordinate personnel.
- Prepare Project Management Status Reports, Program Management Reviews, meeting minutes, a Program Management Plan and other reports as requested by the customer.
- Oversee contract management and performance, configuration control, risk management, data management, production management and cost control for the project.
- Manage a Data Warehouse that uses Oracle and Postgres relational database management systems. The data warehouse includes UNIX, MS Windows and Sun-based operating systems and are connected to Fiber Channel and iSCSI storage environments. VMware, Solaris, Linux and Windows operating systems are on the servers.
- Phase in new technologies into the data warehouse baseline, such as virtual machines, Ubuntu and Elastic Kubernetes Service.
- Provide development, test, integration, staging and production environment support.
- Maintain the daily operation of systems on the network, operating systems and the multi-disciplined intelligence automated systems and databases the system accesses.

**Skills Required**:

- Experience working with a large organization (>35,000 customers).
- Experience providing scheduled deliverables and ad hoc reports.
- Experience managing IT projects.
- Experience managing teams with more than 10 members.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Self-motivated to take ownership of projects.
- US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US is required.
- Verification of past employment, verification of education and references are also required.

**Skills Preferred**:

- Experience working with a large organization (>35,000 customers).
- Experience maintaining a data warehouse for a large enterprise (over 35,000 users).
- Experience collaborating with peer and client teams.
- Experience working remotely and onsite.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Engineering or related field and 15 years of IT experience.
