In this role, you will be supporting impactful projects that make a difference for our country.   Project Managers have excellent technical and management skills to plan and manage large scale technology projects. This position requires the individual to serve as the point of contact and manager of the activities needed to establish a specific project with the intention of them working on multiple projects in time. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and effectively communicate complex technical matters to upper management and users of all levels. The individual must also be able to work well under pressure, multi-task, and prioritize items as needed.  ResponsibilitiesDefine project plans and timelines. Execute Agile processes and methodology. Coach team members on Agile project management processes and best practices.  Serve as a team facilitator to assist in forming decisions, road maps, and helping groom the backlog.  Identify and provide solutions to mitigate constraints and risks in the development process. Facilitate senior leaders and cross functional teams to make decisions and achieve program objectives. Balance multiple projects, keep projects on track and under budget. Skills RequiredExperience leading technical teams either for software development, operations, or engineering utilizing the scaled Agile framework Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills to manage a diverse set of stakeholders and senior leaders. Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform is preferred Strong negotiation and influencing skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to present concepts to individuals and large groups. Ability to serve as a leader to a team. EssentialsEducation: Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 10 years' experience leading large, complex projects and/or programs Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Clearance: Active Top-Secret Clearance is required
