**Responsibilities**:

- Execute daily real estate lead generation activities
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in daily Skilling up your conversations per team standards to convert appointments
- Participate in weekly and monthly team activities - per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call to elevate your mindset and skills
- Track activities, report your numbers with CRM & technology systems and tools to enhance your career and know your numbers
- Commit to previewing homes to learn and understand home values
- Be a student of the market & evolving real estate industry

**Qualifications**:

You are a strong communicator, following through is a non-negotiable and you have a winning attitude to help the clients to the finish line.

- Willingness to learn conversation scripts and dialogues
