Position: Production Worker (Part-Time, with Potential for Full-Time)

About Us:DEX Custom Apparel is a leading provider of screen printing and embroidery services located in Ronkonkoma, NY. We specialize in creating customized apparel for businesses, events, and organizations, offering high-quality products and exceptional craftsmanship.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain equipment such as embroidery machines, heat presses, and printing heat transfers.
- Assist in the production process, including preparing materials, printing designs, and inspecting finished products for quality.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure orders are fulfilled according to specifications and deadlines.
- Learn and adhere to safety procedures and guidelines for equipment operation.
- Support other areas of the business as needed, including customer service and order processing.

Working Hours:

- Part-Time: Monday to Friday, 2:00 AM - 6:00 PM

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new tasks quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Mandarin language skills are a plus.
- Must have access to a laptop.
