Position Details

**Responsibilities**:
- Pack, stock, organize and rearrange products in warehouse.- Keep neat and clean warehouse premises.- Organize and keep records of inventories up to date.- Monitor and manage inventory.- Manage and handle shipping, loading and unloading of products.- Deliver and pickup materials from jobsites.- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks.- Handle delicate and sensitive products with utmost care.- Drive a company truck, sometimes with a trailer.- Handle and operate necessary tools and accessories in maintaining and managing a warehouse.- Integrate best practices in handling warehouse materials.- Overnight market travel required.

Qualifications:
- Forklift experience- Ability to lift 75 pounds- High school degree or equivalent- Proficiency in MS Office Products with working knowledge of computer- Valid driver’s license- Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, and climb during the course of the shift- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Able to work in a fast-paced environment- Able to work independently- Highly organized and able to store items efficiently

Must be at least 21 years of age to meet Tilson’s driving eligibility requirements.

Tilson leads with integrity around pay transparency; as part of the compensation plan for this position you can expect a pay range of:
$20.00 - $30.00
